The Customer Service Assistant provides high level administrative support for the LivaNova Customer Service Organisation. Skilled in administrative and communication tasks and reporting to the Customer Service Senior Manager for Northern Europe, the role is part of International Operations including Contract and Pricing Teams for UK & Ireland primarily and also the activities relating to LivaNova UK Ltd Commercial support for North Europe.

Essential Job Functions
  • Activities including but not limited to that are Focused on Contract and Pricing Admin and Quality (not expert): Contracts and Tenders and Price. Administration for Tender completion for CP and support for NM. Prepare Manual Price Quotations. Monitoring dates for commercial contracts. Contract Archiving and Digital Archiving. Pricing Peer Control Support UKI and North Europe as needed. Customer Service Admin Monitor and action SalesUK email inbox. Distribute orders and other emails to CS Team and to respective departments and stakeholders. Administration for Service Complaints - Delivery Non Conformance process. Organise logistics for Loan Equipment and update SAP SD for traceability conformance. Inventory Management - receipt on SAP of external based inventory at UK 3PL Partners and investigate mismatch/discrepancies. Ordering marketing material in SAP SD. Commercial Quality and Ethics & Integrity - liaise with Quality Team (Manufacturing) for internal audits and policy awareness and ensuring 3PL compliance documents are up to date using knowledge of MasterControl.
