Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to work for a small, local Company and provide a superior level of service to a portfolio of clients based throughout the UK.
Some of your duties will include:
- Maintaining and improving business relationships with both customers and suppliers throughout the UK
- Reviewing current relationships with suppliers and improving terms of business where possible
- Assisting with the development and implementation on e-commerce sales strategy and social media initiatives
- Helping to manage, develop and care for team responsible for e-commerce sales providing support as needed
- Setting strategic direction for all e-commerce sales activity and monitoring revenue produced
- Helping to manage relationship with e-commerce platform providers and maximising corporate and product exposure
