We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a contract basis until June 2026. We’d love to hear from you if you’re looking to start your journey within the office environment of the world’s biggest pub company.
We value development and this role will allow you to grow service and sales skills that prepare you for future roles within the greater business.
Based at our Pub Support Centre in Solihull, this role is part of our Customer Contact Centre. You will assist Managers, Tenants and Publicans by placing orders and supporting them with a wide array of queries, allowing them to focus on running fantastic pubs. We are looking for somebody who is a great communicator and has experience working within a customer service environment.
