What You\'ll Do
  • Maintain the CRM: log activities, update contacts, and track project milestones
  • Handle customer calls and emails, scheduling appointments and following up on enquiries
  • Support colleagues by preparing reports, quotes, and documentation
  • Provide day-to-day administration to keep sales and technical teams running smoothly
About You
  • Background in administration, customer service, or sales support
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office with good attention to detail
  • Friendly, organised, and confident on the phone or over email
  • Looking for stability and a positive, long-term working environment
Great If You Also Have
  • Experience in a construction or product-based business
  • Familiarity with quotes, pipelines, or order processing
