Customer Service Co-ordinator Wythenshawe £29,000doe

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributer who are looking for a dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team during an exciting period of growth. Working in a well-established team, you will be the first point of contact for all incoming Customer contact.

Responsibilities
  • Processing of daily orders received from B2B and B2C customers, via phone
  • Fact-finding about customer needs, providing quotes and following up enquires
  • Responding and communicating with customers regarding customer orders and stock queries
  • Tracking customer orders, liaising with couriers and seeing through to successful delivery
  • Utilising a CRM system to maintain customer details and process orders
  • Arranging returns and collections and issuing customer accounts with credits
  • Recording complaints in the system and circulating to relevant staff members
