A premier pet logistics company is seeking a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service for pet exports. The ideal candidate will have air freight experience and a genuine love for animals, essential for working in an environment with pets. This role involves coordinating logistics, addressing customer inquiries, and occasionally driving a company van for drop-offs at Heathrow. The position offers a salary of approximately £30,000 per annum and requires strong communication skills.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: Circa. £30,000 per annum for the right person
Our client is a fabulous organisation and they are seeking a Customer Service Agent to provide a top notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.
You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently and you will occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport. You will collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Note: Due to the nature of the job, a love for animals is essential, as you will be working in an environment with pets present so no allergies, please but lots of pet cuddles.
