Overview

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading company with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor.

This position is based in the company’s Newry office. Monday - Friday. Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm.

This is a Permanent position. This company has an excellent reputation.

Salary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting customers: Responding to queries by phone, email, and live chat - helping with orders, returns, exchanges, and everything in between
  • Solving problems: Taking ownership of issues and making sure customers walk away feeling confident and cared for
  • Collaborating across teams: Working closely with Logistics, Dispatch, Ops, and Sales to ensure smooth processes and quick resolutions
  • Handling the details: Processing refunds and exchanges accurately, following up on open issues, and keeping everything well-documented
  • Adding to the culture: Bringing energy and positivity to the team - because great customer service is a team effort
