Join us as a Customer Service Associate and work with our Customer Service leaders and our team to support the launch and growth of Raisin's platform in the United States out of our Manchester UK HQ.

Our international team of highly skilled professionals wants to welcome you to an exciting and rewarding work environment. The talented members of this team will be expected to grow into taking on new challenges as the US business grows and more opportunities become available. Our team enjoys collaborating in office two to three times per week.

Your Responsibilities
  • You learn the Raisin platform, business model, and systems so you can confidently support customers in the U.S. market.
  • You respond to customer questions across voice and digital channels efficiently and professionally.
  • You listen actively to understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, customer-oriented solutions.
  • You create and help implement streamlined workflows and support processes to improve the customer experience.
  • You assist with banking-related tasks on our platform, including deposits and payments.
  • You collaborate with teams across the business to solve problems creatively and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • You adhere to our data control principles.
  • You work well alongside a diverse team.
Your Profile
  • Education: You are a recent university graduate; a degree in business administration, finance, or a similar non-specialist field is a plus.
  • Experience: You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service, regardless of industry; call center experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Communication skills: You are a confident communicator, both spoken and written, and can explain information clearly and professionally
  • Customer orientation: You genuinely enjoy helping others and are motivated to deliver great service
  • Technical skills: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and are quick to learn new tools
  • Attention to detail: You are well-organized and accurate, even when managing multiple tasks
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working with others and are comfortable in a hybrid setup, working in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
  • Industry interest: You’re curious about fintech, financial services, or open banking and excited to grow your knowledge
  • Problem-solving: You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy tackling challenges
  • Language skills: You speak English fluently, both written and spoken
