A leading insurance firm based in Harlow is seeking customer service professionals for their Claims Team. The role involves processing claims, providing expert advice, and supporting a friendly team. Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills, able to thrive under pressure. This is a full-time position with Monday to Friday hours and occasional Saturday mornings.

We are looking for customer service professionals with great personalities to join the Claims Team in various roles – both customer-focused and some administrative duties.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing claims from policyholders, guiding them through the entire claims process, ensuring they understand the procedure and what to expect next.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with one in every three Saturday mornings, 9 am – 12:30 pm.
