A telecommunications company in Warrington is seeking a Customer Service Technical representative. You will assist customers with broadband-related questions, providing support over the phone. The ideal candidate is helpful and can build relationships; training will be provided. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and flexibility in scheduling.
Location: Acton Bridge, Cheshire, UK, CW8 3
Salary: £25,087.00 (£12.82 p/h) rising to £25,684.00 (£13.12 p/h) at 8 months in role
Hours: 37.5 Hours Per week (Full time)
Shift Pattern: 12 Hour shift pattern, with every other weekend off
Start Date: 3rd November 2025
Where: EE Warrington Contact Centre
