A leading UK supermarket chain in Oxford is looking for a Travel Money Advisor. The role focuses on assisting customers with travel money services and requires strong attention to detail and customer relationship building skills. Although experience in finance is preferred, training will be provided. The position offers a competitive pay of £12.60 per hour along with various employee benefits including discounts, pension matching, and wellbeing support. Flexible shift patterns are available for a part-time commitment of 23.75 hours per week.

You’ll be the face of Travel Money for Sainsbury's Bank, and that means you’ll need to be confident at building up good relationships with our customers and giving them the friendly service that keeps them coming back to us.
You’ll focus on the important task of handling currency, so good attention to detail is essential. There’ll be a close-knit supportive team around you, but you’ll be running the bureau on your own most of the time, so you’ll need to be confident in making decisions too.
Ideally, you’ll have a background in finance or cash handling but if not, the great news is that previous experience isn’t essential, as we provide all the training you need. What’s important is that you love helping people, you have a good eye for detail and you’re comfortable working with large amounts of money and figures.
