Role Overview

Honeycomb is partnering with a trusted banking client in Northern Ireland to recruit a Customer Service Advisor for their Lisburn branch. This is a temporary opportunity that offers the chance to join a respected organisation recognised for its focus on community values and exceptional customer care.

Role Summary

As a key member of the branch team, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and welcoming service. The role involves meeting and greeting customers and carrying out cash transactions with precision and care. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Main Duties
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries in a friendly and efficient way.
  • Process cash lodgements, withdrawals, deposits, and other teller transactions accurately.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and complete daily balancing in line with audit and security standards.
  • Support customers by highlighting suitable banking services and encouraging the use of digital and self-service channels where appropriate.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment to ensure smooth branch operations.
About You

We are seeking someone who is detail-focused, enjoys engaging with customers, and is comfortable working with cash and systems in a structured environment.

Essential:

  • Experience in a role involving face-to-face customer service.
  • Confidence in handling cash and working with figures accurately.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive and approachable manner.
  • Ability to stay organised and manage tasks effectively.

Desirable:

  • Background in banking, retail cash handling, or financial services.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
