A market-leading distribution partner is seeking a permanent Customer Service Advisor in Didcot. After training, you will enjoy a flexible work schedule with 3 remote days per week. Ideal candidates will demonstrate calmness and empathy in customer interactions. Salary starts at £23,500 with performance bonuses up to £26,500.

  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.

Job Summary
  • Location: Didcot
  • Working hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Position type: Temp-to-perm
About the Role

After approximately 12 weeks of training, you will have the opportunity to work from home 3 days a week.

  • Working days: Monday – Friday
  • Hours: 9am – 5pm (flexibility may be considered)
  • Salary: £23,500 per annum (+ performance bonuses, up to £26,500)
  • Work arrangement: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote (post-training)
