Customer Service Advisor needed in Solihull
The rate is £13.47ph PAYE
This is a temporary position.
The reference number is: 449133
The successful candidate will be solely focused on the project (37 hours; 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, one of the days 9am - 4:30pm).
Call handling will be the majority of this role with a designated line for this project. There will be a script to follow with FAQ answers, etc. Limited possibility of dealing with emails.
Training will be provided for this role, and there will always be someone onsite for support.
Experience: Contact centre experience is desired or being accustomed to dealing with phone calls and the associated pressures.
