Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest members of #TeamCBC! We are looking for passionate individuals who are customer focused, a team player and want to help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

Position: 4 Customer Advisor roles, 2‑year fixed term contracts.

Working hours: Monday 9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch), Tuesday 9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch), Wednesday 9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch), Thursday 9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch), Friday 9am – 4pm (30 minutes lunch).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing advice and, wherever possible, query resolution at the first point of contact.
• Provide service across all customer access channels including telephone, face‑to‑face, letter, email, web, web chat and SMS.
• Provide a high quality and comprehensive information service, ensuring a consistently high level of experience for all customers, fairly and without discrimination.
