Temp to perm role with Venatu Automotive

You will be able to accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements, utilising all product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets set, identifying and maximising all upsell opportunities thereby growing overall sales figures, and maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers, recalls etc.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts to meet customer sales requirements.
• Utilise product promotions to achieve targets.
• Identify and maximise upsell opportunities to grow overall sales figures.
• Maintain knowledge of new or updated parts through training, bulletins, catalogues, updates, offers, recalls, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor/automotive industry.
• Aimed at being ambitious with a determination to seek out new sales opportunities within the customer database.
• Ability to exceed parts sales objectives on a daily basis.
