Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process orders, payments, and account setups.
  • Raise credit notes and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate stock and customer records.
  • Resolve issues and escalate when needed.
  • Support depot operations and customer visits.
  • Promote products and services to existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
