Customer Service Advisor

Remote | Monday–Friday, 9 : 00am–5 : 30pm

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with our client to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Vaccination Services team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide first-class administrative and customer service support within a healthcare setting. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls and emails, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails via Zendesk.
  • Support customers with enquiries, product information, and account management.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks during busy periods.
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle and elevate complaints professionally when required.
  • Collaborate with your line manager and the wider customer service team.
About You

You’ll bring strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Essential skills and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in B2B client support.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and customer focus.
Desirable
  • Minimum of 3 A-levels (or equivalent).
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Background or interest in healthcare.
