A public sector client in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis. The role entails welcoming customers, managing the front desk, and addressing enquiries related to MOTs and licensing. Due to the nature of this role, the ability to remain impartial and avoid providing assistance with test content is essential. You\'ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a welcoming, respectful approach is key.
