Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
  • IT literate
  • Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
  • Experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
  • Must have a full driver's licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
