An established and rapidly growing company are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic team in Bury. Duties will include;

• Acting as the first point of contact on the phone for customers – ensuring that queries are actioned and resolved
• Making amendments to customer details
• Setting up new customers on the system and assisting them with forms
• Responding to emails
• Maintaining data accuracy at all times

To be successful, you will have previous phone based customer service experience, along with strong organisational skills and a good working knowledge of various IT systems including Excel.
