An established recruitment agency in Ringwood is seeking a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join a hybrid contact center. This role involves managing customer inquiries, upselling products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and basic sales abilities. Our established client based in Ringwood, Hampshire is looking to recruit a full time Customer Service Advisor to join multi-channel Contact Centre. The role is an Inbound contact centre role, that will involve handling new orders and Customer Service actions. The orders element of the role requires basic sales skills, with a good emphasis on upselling. Additional work involves the managing of emails and various other "back office" tasks. Full training is provided for all elements of the role

Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £12.30 per hour standard hours (£25,584 per annum) or an Out of Hours opportunity paid at £14.55 per hour 10pm to 8am
Location: Ringwood
Hours: 40 paid hours per week.
Shifts: Shifts are Hybrid and rotate between 8.00am to 4.30pm, 9am to 5.30pm, 9.30am to 6pm, 10.30am to 7pm, 11.30am to 8pm, 1.30pm to 10pm or 10pm to 8am (Out of Hours opportunity)
Customer Services Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am - 1pm
