This role is a key position ensuring a first-class customer experience while supporting order processing, customer relationships, and the external sales force.

Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries on stock, deliveries, pricing, and availability
  • Processing customer orders and managing your own order book
  • Coordinating with internal departments (sales, planning, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
  • Keeping customers updated throughout the order journey
  • Issuing order confirmations, invoices, and documentation
  • Managing complaints and escalating issues when needed
  • Supporting the external sales team with customer updates and service
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or order processing role
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Proactive, positive, and customer-focused
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • SAP/CRM system experience is an advantage
  • A team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
