Overview

Customer Service Administrator at a head office location of a niche specialist machinery supplier. Salary £24,500pa. Location: NN17 4AN. 33 days leave. Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits include Healthcare, Life Insurance, Parking, Training. Permanent role with an Immediate Start.

We have an exciting opportunity to join and provide administration support to customers and field based colleagues. You will be joining the Corby Head Office and will work directly with the operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Taking incoming calls and emails from customers and a team of engineers, managing their queries, and making regular outbound contact with customers to confirm time-scales.
  • Preparing and distributing quotations to customers and processing confirmed visits.
  • Scheduling preventative maintenance site visits, ensuring all parts itinerary is present prior to visit, and ordering parts from suppliers when required.
  • Liaising with the field team daily, updating jobs on the CRM system, and liaising with other teams including the workshop when required.
  • Compiling information for reports for senior management.
  • Carrying out all administration duties related to the role and providing adhoc administration support to other areas of the business when required.
Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of databases/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (including Excel).
  • Excellent communicator with a friendly and confident telephone manner.
  • Willing to be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with company processes and procedures.
  • Experience in sales administration, support administration, or account administration within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
