Are you a driven sales professional passionate about customer service and contract growth? Step into a vital role managing and expanding service and maintenance contracts for a leading security provider. You'll work closely with the sales and service teams, turning installations into ongoing service agreements and proactively growing the client base.

About the Role:

You'll play a pivotal role managing and expanding service and maintenance contracts-from securing renewals on legacy equipment to converting new installations into long-term service agreements. With a dedicated team of engineers on the road, your focus will be to build strong client relationships, drive proactive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service aligned with SLAs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert completed installations into long-term service and maintenance contracts
  • Identify new business opportunities, especially with facilities management companies
  • Manage complex client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and SLA compliance
  • Drive sales growth by renewing contracts and closing new deals
  • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and report progress

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling service or maintenance contracts
  • Highly organised, customer-focused, and target-driven

  • Comfortable starting internally with progression to face-to-face client meetings
