Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a multi-site recycling facility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their friendly and collaborative team after an internal departmental promotion. This role plays a key part within their warranty and compliance team, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience across a network of UK sites. From onboarding new clients to managing enquiries, bookings, and order processing, you'll be at the heart of delivering smooth and efficient service:
We would expect the successful customer service representative to be able to demonstrate previous experience in customer service or an administrative role. Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office, be an excellent communicator and have a friendly confident telephone manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role if you have worked within sales administration, customer service administration, warranty support or a sales support position.
You will be joining the Grantham Office of a company that operates across 38 facilities in the United Kingdom and Ireland, employing over 1700 people.
