  • Act as the first point of contact for existing merchants.
  • Reduce churn through exceptional customer support.
  • Process and activate new orders efficiently.
  • Handle merchant queries (terminal issues, account blocks).
  • Provide aftersales support – collecting reviews & referrals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional services.
  • Convert new leads into active merchants.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.

Pay: £24,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £32k-£40k+)

  • Full‑time, permanent, 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
