Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, or service sector preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
  • Ability to work within guidelines and procedures while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a small team environment and comfortable adapting to lone work.
  • Confidence in learning and demonstrating knowledge of company products and services after training.
