Role: Customer Sales Advisor
Location: Manchester (Store-based)
Salary: £25,500
Contract: Full-time / Permanent

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries both in person and over the phone, advising on available services and completing sales.
- Maximise every sales opportunity to achieve store financial targets.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Take on key-holder duties and lone working responsibilities in the absence of management.
- Carry out forklift duties where applicable (training provided if required).
- Monitor and reduce store bad debt, implementing recovery procedures when necessary.
- Support wider store operations and assist with ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, or service sector preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
- Ability to work within guidelines and procedures while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working in a small team environment and comfortable adapting to lone work.
- Confidence in learning and demonstrating knowledge of company products and services after training.
