We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retention Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction within our business. This role is critical in driving customer loyalty, improving retention, and maintaining strong partnerships with clients. The ideal candidate will combine role experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to create a seamless experience for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels.
  • Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve KPIs and targets.
  • Develop and implement a client retention strategy to prevent contract losses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for existing customers, listening and acting upon their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure quality consistent service, timely resolution, and managed expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for cross selling, up-selling and service improvements.
  • Report on retention trends and outline any concerns where needed.
  • Manage contract renewals.
  • Support colleagues in best practice to strengthen client relationships and ensure continuation of service.
