How you’ll make a difference

Working with over 400 customers to build accurate data sets that ensure compliance with legislative and voluntary commitments.

What you’ll be doing
  • Account Management
    Manage a portfolio of accounts covering all Producer Responsibility legislation. Ensure customer expectations are understood and met.
  • Collaboration
    Work closely with Data Consultants to ensure critical paths are created, shared, and adhered to. Share progress, queries, and insights with Data Insights Analysts.
  • Timely & Accurate Submissions
    Plan and deliver all submissions ahead of deadlines. Ensure all submitted data complies with legal requirements. Attend and lead audits of customer data collection methods. Provide bespoke training and support to customers.
  • Industry & Service Knowledge
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, policy updates, and service developments.
  • Customer Service Excellence
    Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers. Facilitate smooth communication between customers and the company. Lead customer meetings and represent at audits and events.
  • Service Growth
    Understand customer goals and collaborate with the operations team to innovate services. Use your knowledge of services to identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities.
