A values-led consultancy in Salisbury is seeking a Relationship Manager who excels in nurturing customer relationships and prioritizing service over sales. This role involves acting as a reliable point of contact post-sale, managing the entire customer journey. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Our client is a brilliant company working in a niche market, known for genuinely caring about their clients and delivering a service they’re proud of. They don’t do hard sales, targets for the sake of it, or transactional relationships.
They’re now looking for a Relationship Manager, someone who loves looking after customers, building trust, and being the friendly, reliable point of contact once a sale has been agreed.
Our client already has a successful Business Development team out on the road securing new business, and once a sale is agreed, that’s where you come in.
You’ll take ownership of the customer relationship from that point onwards, ensuring the whole process runs smoothly and the client feels looked after every step of the way.
This is not a “pushy sales” role. If opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell arise naturally through conversation and trust great. But the focus is always service first.
