Customer Relations Manager
Care Home: Essex-based – working across multiple local sites
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus commission

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as a Customer Relations Manager. This role involves working across multiple Sanders Senior Living care homes within the Essex region, supporting our teams to ensure self-funded occupancy targets are consistently met. As the Customer Relations Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the sale of self-funding beds, delivering a seamless move-in experience for new residents and their families. You’ll be a key part of the resident journey, from first enquiry to move-in day, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care. Working in close collaboration with our central marketing team, you will develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each location, aligned with their unique community and setting. You\'ll also lead on home-specific marketing events, drive local engagement through schools, charities and businesses, and play an active role in promoting our homes through social and traditional media channels.

Responsibilities
  • Take overall responsibility for the sale of self-funding beds and achieve occupancy targets.
  • Deliver a seamless move-in experience for new residents and their families from first enquiry to move-in day.
  • Collaborate with the central marketing team to develop and implement location-specific marketing strategies.
  • Lead home-specific marketing events and drive local engagement with schools, charities and businesses.
  • Promote the Homes through social and traditional media channels.
