Qualifications

  • Proven Housing experience managing property condition cases and tenancy breaches.
  • Strong customer focus with ability to meet diverse needs.
  • Experience in working with multi-agencies.
  • Understanding of safeguarding for vulnerable customers.
  • Ability to prioritize and be agile in responses to customer needs.
  • Team player with high-level communication skills.
  • Experience in working in partnerships for customer benefit.
  • Capable of innovative solutions beyond standard processes.
  • Computer literate, experience with Active H desirable.

Responsibilities
