Responsibilities

  • Expedite and track customer jobs through production.
  • Maintain Line of Balance reports and production trackers.
  • Take ownership of all customer WIP within the factory.
  • Support daily/weekly production meetings with updates.
  • Communicate with operational and manufacturing leaders.
  • Provide timely production progress updates for customers.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor labeling and packaging accuracy.
  • Ensure accuracy in delivery paperwork.
  • Support customer and commercial meetings with updates.
  • Report on key customer metrics and action plans.
  • Maintain accurate WIP data in ERP system.
