Qualifications

• Significant experience working in customer service, preferably in the Construction/Hire industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building relationships.
• Excellent administration skills with attention to detail.
• Driving licence preferred but not essential.

• Manage customer queries and liaise with depots.
• Identify sales growth opportunities.
• Handle invoice and credit queries.
• Collate KPI data and produce performance reports.
