Responsibilities

At Stratstone, our Customer Experience Advisors are responsible for managing the influx of new and prospective enquiries received through calls and all digital channels. You’ll provide customers with a warm introduction to our brand while collecting essential information about their needs and ensuring the enquiry is seamlessly transitioned to one of our seasoned Sales Executives.

Opportunities
  • Being a true expert and fully knowledgeable on our products and services, ensuring you build a genuine passion for the brand and are motivated to represent it with pride and excellence
  • Championing the enquiry process, supporting our Sales Executives with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements, ensuring each interaction is tailored to individual needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with the Digital Expert / Marketing team to provide content for a variety of Social Media streams

Qualifications
