🧭 Your Role :

As our Customer Experience Advisor , you’ll be the first point of contact for our tenants and customers—providing housing advice, resolving enquiries, and supporting our headquarters team. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Delivering a first-time resolution approach across multiple channels : phone, email, social media, and in person
  • Logging communications in our in-house system (QL)
  • Processing payments and supporting administrative tasks
  • Assisting with facilities management and post services
