A prominent financial services organization in Carlisle is looking for a Customer Consultant to deliver exceptional service both online and in-person. The successful candidate will assist customers with digital banking and address their queries. Ideal applicants have a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills. Salary Range: £23,500 - £25,000 per annum DOE + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent, 35 Hours - Full Time
