A respected new build development company is looking for Customer Care Operatives in Greater London to ensure defects in post-completion properties are rectified promptly. Duties include performing various maintenance works, liaising with customers, and working in their homes. The ideal candidates will have a background in trades, specifically in joinery and experience with multi trades including plumbing and decorating, providing high-quality customer service throughout the warranty period.
