As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers and ensuring smooth operations in customer areas. Duties include making children feel welcome, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customer needs, maintaining cleanliness standards in dining and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming environment. You are responsible for positive communication with customers and informing the manager about customer satisfaction.

Working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, we seek individuals with a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers, making them feel valued.
