Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic colleagues who will deliver excellent customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products - supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
