The Role

As a Customer Account Manager (CAM), you will be the dedicated point of contact for a portfolio of Trade Mastermind Academy customers. You'll own the post-sale relationship, ensuring customers achieve results, stay engaged, and continue to invest in their long-term growth with us.

This is not just a support role — it's about driving retention, results, and revenue.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Acting as the primary relationship owner for your assigned customers
  • Managing contracts, renewals, and upsells — ensuring every customer sees the value of their investment
  • Driving retention by ensuring customers attend training sessions, complete their program, and implement what they learn
  • Proactively handling objections, challenges, and potential cancellations — turning risks into renewals
  • Working closely with our coaching, events, and operations teams to make sure customers are achieving their business goals
  • Tracking performance and reporting on key metrics: renewals, upsells, NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and churn
  • Hosting regular check-ins and review calls with customers to drive accountability and results
What We're Looking For
  • Strong B2B account management or customer success experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident in handling high-value (£50k-£100k+) customer commitments
  • Results-driven mindset: you love targets, retention, and growth
  • Professional, mature presence — able to sit across from business owners and earn their respect
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities at speed
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
