At Learning Pool, our Customer Account Executives (CAEs) are central to the long-term success and growth of our customers. As a Customer Account Executive, your role goes beyond transactional sales, you are a trusted growth advisor who understands your customers’ strategic goals and proactively identifies ways Learning Pool can support them.
You will own a defined portfolio of existing accounts and be responsible for driving growth through expansion and cross-sell opportunities. You'll use a consultative sales approach to navigate complex customer environments, build internal networks and engage stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that increase account value.
Working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), you’ll balance proactive sales efforts with collaborative customer engagement to ensure retention and create long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for renewing contracts and executing upsells to hit your goals.
