Job Role: Curriculum Manager for Construction & Motor Vehicle

Salary: c.£52k

Are you an experienced Construction/Motor Vehicle lecturer looking for your first step into management? Perhaps you have experience as a Curriculum Lead and are looking to join a forward-thinking college. We're looking for an innovative and driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding vocational education to become our next Curriculum Manager for Construction & Motor Vehicle.

Our next Curriculum Manager for Construction & Motor Vehicle will:
  • Lead curriculum innovation and development in line with employer and local skills needs.
  • Drive high-quality teaching, learning and assessment and lead on quality improvement.
  • Manage a team of teaching and support staff, promoting collaboration and professional development.
  • Oversee student recruitment, enrolment, progress, behaviour and pastoral support.
  • Build strong employer and partner relationships and support marketing and recruitment activities.
To be considered, you will bring:
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant specialism and a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Strong teaching experience and evidence of curriculum innovation.
  • Proven curriculum leadership and the ability to raise standards.
  • Excellent communication, IT skills and understanding of FE sector developments.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, Safeguarding and Prevent.
