Overview

Curriculum Administrator – College locations: East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Selsdon).

Salary: Up to £28,564.64 (subject to qualifications, skills and experience).

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:45-17:00.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Curriculum Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of our curriculum. This role will be based cross college between East Surrey College and John Ruskin College.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be reporting directly to the Director of Learning within a designated curriculum area to provide an effective administrative and secretarial service. You will assist with the general departmental organisation, collate retention data, arrange meetings, manage diaries, develop and maintain effective filing systems and respond to queries with a professional and timely manner. You will also be liaising directly with students, parents, internal staff and other external parties.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (in particular Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
  • A strong background in providing administrative support
  • Knowledge of effective administration processes and procedures
  • Previous experience of working in the education sector is advantageous
  • Minimum Maths and English GCSE
