Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the CRM strategy and trading plan.
  • Lead a team of three CRM Leads.
  • Drive continuous improvements in Pre-Flight VoC performance.
  • Enhance multi-touchpoint pre-flight journeys for greater personalisation.
