As a CRM Marketing and Automation Manager based in Warwick, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across multiple business units
  • Building and managing customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance engagement and retention
  • Developing segmented, data-driven communications and automated triggers based on customer behaviour
  • Owning the customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to loyalty and advocacy
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
  • Proven hands‑on experience developing CRM campaigns and collaborating across teams to align with wider business goals
  • Confidence in building trigger‑based and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, lapsing) to drive customer engagement
  • A blend of creativity and attention to detail, with a strong appreciation of data to inform continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for fast-paced environments
