Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing CRM strategies
  • Analysing customer data and behaviours to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvements.
  • A/B testing, email building and reporting
  • Creating and enhancing the loyalty strategy and driving customer acquisition
  • Monitor and report on the performance of retention initiatives, providing actionable insights.
  • Working closely with marketing teams to align retention efforts with broader campaigns.


The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong background in CRM
  • Demonstrable experience with CRM platforms and tools, with a focus on data analysis and campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimisation
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including email and SMS campaigns.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and staying updated on industry trends.
