CRM Executive - 12-18 Month FTC

Bexhill or Leicester – Hybrid one day per week on site

As a CRM Executive you will play a key role in shaping and executing Email, SMS, and Push communications across the customer lifecycle. You will help drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • CRM Strategy and Planning – Support the marketing lead in developing the CRM strategy and customer journeys, leading end‑to‑end campaign management.
  • Campaign Execution – Contribute to planning and execution of improvements to existing campaigns and introduction of new campaigns.
  • Platform Expert – Leverage the full capabilities of our CDP, CRM, and CMS platforms to design, build, and optimise campaigns, customer journeys, and reports.
  • Data‑Driven Communication – Use data to create highly personalised journeys and communications at the right time and diversify the channel mix.
  • Reporting and Insight – Analyse campaign performance and provide weekly reports on insights, actions, and outcomes to drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
  • Experience in CRM customer lifecycle management or similar.
  • Proficiency with Braze or a similar CRM platform.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer‑first approach championing excellent services and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a fixed‑term contract of 12‑18 months. We are not offering sponsorship for this role.
