Hive 3 is looking for positive and sociable team-orientated individual to start an entry-level CRM developer role. As a trainee, you will be involved in all aspects of CRM. You will be an integral part of the Hive3 team.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Working within the development and project team to provide technical development skills for Adobe Campaign, Salesforce and other CRM platforms
  • Support CRM implementations, provide post implementation guidance and ongoing support to clients
  • Implement designs and configurations within CRM platforms
  • Contribute to best practice to manage performance and scalability
  • Diagnose and solve technical problems related to CRM platform use
  • Ensures the quality of work being produced is off the highest standard
  • Estimating and the accuracy of development estimates
  • Work with client stakeholders to understand campaign marketing requirements and translation into Adobe Campaign technical solutions
    Architect, configure, administer, and operate CRM systems
  • Work with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translation into technical solutions
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Technical background ideally with experience of marketing automation or CRM platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot, MSDynamics).
  • Hands on Data Management Experience for customer data in CRM systems
  • Understanding of SQL including ETL, strong experience in JavaScript without the aid of frameworks or libraries, as well as XML and HTML
  • Proactive, independent, responsible attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline
